1. On what material are the pictures made?

The presentation pictures are illustrations and/or thumbnails! The photo prints Hahnemühle is printed on acid-free paper, shipped without frame and passepartout. The canvases printed on 100% cotton canvas with a glossy coating, sent stretched on a wooden frame.

2. What is a certificate?

Our art prints are supplied with their own certificate of authenticity and a numbered holographic sticker, which is recorded in an online database. The certificate also bears the signature of the artist. The combination of a certificate made of premium quality immersion paper and the hologram ensures the security and authenticity of the artwork and reproductions.

3. How do you package the pictures?

For damage-free transport, we choose a secure protection according to the size, material and weight of the images. When packing, the images do not come into contact with foreign material, and we handle each finished work individually. We draw attention to any potential hazards on the packaging.

4. When will I receive the photos?

The selected images will be ready in 3-5 working days. After that, you can pick them up in person at in our office , at a time agreed in advance. If you send it by courier, it will be delivered to your address within 1 extra working day.
